Denise Cuddeback is Founder of QCx, LLC a technology-based consulting firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina offering care delivery design and implementation services to organizations through simulation-driven visual analytics and Lean modeling software.

A serial intrapreneur Denise has over 27 years of experience inside the health care delivery system designing and executing complex enterprise transformations. A “Voice of the Customer” evangelist, Ms. Cudddeback has spent her career developing technology and workflow automation solutions to reduce waste and improve the efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction of front-line physicians, staff and patients. Denise is committed to developing solutions that help organizations scale unique expertise, identify root cause, and enable them to engage and develop their own front-line “owners” of change and continuous improvement.

Ms. Cuddeback is dual Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt Certified and has held executive positions in healthcare consulting, managed service organizations and a large integrated health care delivery system where she spent over 20 years leading innovative advancements, execution and change management in access, growth, care redesign, centralization, and operational excellence.
